Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, technical information may be processed in order to operate, secure, and understand use of the site. Depending on configuration and your consent choices, this may include pages you visit, browser and device information, referral or campaign source information, and basic analytics events.

You can read the magazine without creating an account or providing a name or email address.

Information you provide

If you subscribe to updates or request a print edition, the site collects the email address you submit. Complimentary print requests may also record whether you indicate that you work in the fashion industry. That information is used to process the request you made.

Analytics

devs.fashion may use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are read. Optional analytics depends on your Analytics consent setting. When Google Analytics is enabled, it is configured with IP anonymization.

Advertising and campaign measurement

Advertising technologies may be used to measure campaign performance, attribute visits, and understand whether advertising is effective. Where Google Ads is configured, it is used for that purpose and is subject to the Advertising consent setting.

Advertising providers may be added or changed over time. Where optional advertising technologies are used, they are subject to the site's advertising consent setting. Reddit Pixel is not currently installed.

Consent choices

The site uses a first-party cookie named df_consent to remember your privacy preferences. That cookie is necessary storage: it records your Analytics and Advertising choices so the site can respect them. It does not itself turn optional tracking on.

Third-party services

Depending on configuration and your consent choices, the site may load Google tags used for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. Other advertising pixels are not currently installed.

Data retention

The first-party preference cookie is stored for up to 180 days, after which you may be asked to choose again.

Where analytics or advertising data is processed by a provider such as Google, how long that data is kept depends on that provider's configuration and policies. This page does not state a separate retention schedule for those services, or a fixed period for email addresses submitted through subscribe or print-issue forms.
